Comergence has a very specific checklist requirement for the quality control and compliance plan.  Unfortunately, like many agency  requirements, the guidelines are at once very specific but then so broad as to miss communicating the spirit of the requirements. 

The spirit of the requirement is that mortgage bankers, correspondents and brokers need to have complete management systems in place. Having a stack of policies doesn't protect you against loan buybacks, fines from regulators, errors and omissions, employee liability and general inefficient business operations.  Our product is designed to cover all of these things.
